The present invention relates to: a study of the bioactivity reaction of ascorbic acid in vitamin products merchandized in market a measurement of active-type ascorbic acid according to physical and chemical factors and an environment and a method for effectively preserving the quantity of active vitamins by considering the result of the biological and chemical experiments. A composition according to the present invention is produced in a soft capsule sequentially by mixing 85-90 wt% of vitamin C, 0.1-2 wt% of squalene, 0.1-2 wt% of wax, 0.1-2 wt% of glycerin, and 0.01-0.1% of a blue color edible pigment or an anthocyanin pigment in order to be charged in and molded into a soft capsule, by drying the same, and by finally drying the same in a ventilating chamber. Through an experiment under the same conditions, it has been confirmed that the composition has excellent usability and can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays so as to serve as a coating agent for protecting vitamin C because the composition is formed in a soft capsule. In particular, if the composition is dually or trebly coated, the composition can serve as effective protection capsule-type vitamin C, because the composition can be effectively prevented from being decomposed by external environments such as water, temperature, and light beams by stabilizing vitamin C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014시중 상품화된 비타민 제품 속 ascorbic acid의 생체 활성 반응 정도 고찰, 물리적, 화학적 변인에 따른 활성형 ascorbic acid의 파괴도 측정, 마지막으로 위의 생물학적, 화학적 실험 결과를 고찰함으로써 효율적으로 활성형 비타민의 양의 보존할 수 있는 환경 및 방법으로써 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 비타민 C 85~90%중량%, 스쿠알랜 0.1~2중량% 밀납 0.1~2중량%, 글리세린 0.1~2중량%, 청색 계열의 식용색소나 안토시아닌 색소 0.01~0.1%를 혼합하여 연질 캡슐형으로 충전 및 성형한 후, 건조기에서 건조하고, 통풍실에서 최종적으로 건조하여 연질캡슐을 제조하였다. 연질 캡슐이기 때문에 사용감이 우수하고 자외선 흡수 효과가 좋아 비타민 씨를 보호하는 코팅제 라는 것을 동일조건 실험으로 확인 할 수 있었다. 특히, 비타민 C를 안정화시킴으로써 물, 온도, 광선 등의 외부환경에 의해 분해되는 것을 효과적으로 억제할 수가 있는 점으로 이러한 조성을 이중 삼중 코팅을 하면 획기적인 보호 캡슐형 비타민 씨라 할 수 있겠다.
