According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of generating a magnetic resonance image includes: a step of acquiring a magnetic resonance signal as an imaging pulse column for a plurality of slices is applied to a target object； a step of acquiring a free induction decay (FID) signal by applying a calibration pulse column, in which the phase of a refocusing pulse is inverted into one of a plurality of slices, to the target object； and a step of subtracting and correcting the FID signal in a magnetic resonance signal and generating a magnetic resonance image based on the subtraction corrected magnetic resonance signal of the FID signal. It is possible to remove artifacts from the magnetic resonance signal according to the FID signal.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자기 공명 영상 생성 방법은 복수의 슬라이스에 대한 이미징 펄스열이 대상체로 인가됨에 따라 자기 공명 신호를 획득하는 단계, 복수의 슬라이스 중 하나의 슬라이스에 대해 리포커싱 펄스(refocusing pulse)의 위상이 반전된 캘리브레이션 펄스열을 대상체로 인가함으로써, 자유유도붕괴(Free Induction Decay, FID) 신호를 획득하는 단계, 자기 공명 신호에서 FID 신호를 감산 보정하는 단계, 및 FID 신호가 감산 보정된 자기 공명 신호를 기초로 자기 공명 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
