PURPOSE: A dryer for manufacturing dried persimmon is provided to a circulation structure emitting hot air holding moisture in which a moving path of the hot air is from the lower part to the upper part. CONSTITUTION: A mechanical chamber(10) is equipped with the following: an electronic heater(11) generating hot air； a blower(12)； and discharge holes(13) distributing the hot air into both sides. A duct(21) is connected to discharge holes on both sides of the mechanical chamber, and discharges hot air through a through-hole(21a). A hanger interposes hanging rods(23) on hanging grooves(22) formed on the upper part with a predetermined gap, and fixes dried persimmon. A circulation hole(30) is connected to the mechanical chamber on the upper part of a drying room, and induces hot air remaining in the drying chamber to flow into the electronic heater and the blower in the mechanical chamber. A vent(40) discharges hot air on the upper part of the mechanical chamber and the drying room to outside. A fixing unit fixes the hanger. A mount plate prevents both ends of the fixing unit from separating from the hanging grooves and movement.본 발명은 내부에 감을 수용한 상태로 열풍을 공급하여 건조하는 곶감 건조기에 있어서: 중앙에 배치되어 열풍을 발생하는 전열히터(11)와 송풍기(12)를 구비하고, 열풍을 양측으로 분할하여 공급하는 배출공(13)을 구비하는 기계실(10)； 상기 기계실(10)의 양측에 배출공(13)과 연동되어 통공(21a)을 통해 열풍을 배출하는 덕트(21)를 구비하고, 상부에 형성되는 걸이홈(22) 상에 소정의 간격으로 걸이대(23)를 개재하여 곶감을 고정하는 걸이구(24)를 구비하되, 걸이대(23)는 걸이구(24)를 고정하는 고정부(23a)와, 상기 고정부(23a)의 양끝단에 걸이홈(22)으로부터 이탈 및 유동을 방지하게 안착판(23b)을 구비하는 건조실(20)； 상기 건조실(20)의 상부에 기계실(10)과 연통되어 건조실(20) 상의 잔류하는 열풍을 기계실(10)의 전열히터(11)와 송풍기(12)로 유입시키도록 유도하는 순환공(30)； 및 상기 기계실(10)과 건조실(20)의 상부에 열풍을 외부로 배출시키도록 구비하는 배출구(40)；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 열풍의 이동 경로가 하부에서부터 상부로 유동하는 습기를 머금은 열풍이 배출되는 순환구조를 통하여 곶감의 건조 효율이 향상되는 효과를 제공한다.
