PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispensing/packaging device capable of detecting a phenomenon of a medicine overflowing from a dispensing/packaging bag in which the medicine is to be rightfully packaged.SOLUTION: A medicine dispensing/packaging device 10 includes: a dispensing/packaging sheet supply unit 42 for supplying a dispensing/packaging sheet S for packaging a medicine M； a seal device 50 for forming a dispensing/packaging bag P by joining, in an overlapped state, dispensing/packaging sheets S supplied from the dispensing/packaging sheet supply unit 42； a medicine introduction unit 80 for introducing the medicine M from an open portion of a dispensing/packaging bag P in an unsealed state formed by the seal device 50； a detection unit 90 for detecting the existence of the medicine M on a path for introduction for the medicine M by the medicine introduction unit 80； and a determination unit capable of determining occurrence of defective dispensing/packaging on the condition that the existence of a medicine M is detected by the detection unit 90 in a period that is after timing of starting encapsulation of a dispensing/packaging bag P in which a medicine M is introduced and is before timing at which a medicine M is introduced to be dispensed/packaged in the next dispensing/packaging bag P thorough the medicine introduction unit 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本発明は、薬剤が本来分包されるべき分包袋から溢れ出してしまう現象を検知可能な薬剤分包装置の提供を目的とした。【解決手段】薬剤分包装置１０は、薬剤Ｍを包装するための分包紙Ｓを供給する分包紙供給部４２と、分包紙供給部４２から供給される分包紙Ｓを重ね合わせた状態で接合して分包袋Ｐを形成するシール装置５０と、シール装置５０によって形成された未封止状態の分包袋Ｐの開放部分から薬剤Ｍを導入する薬剤導入部８０と、薬剤導入部８０による薬剤Ｍの導入経路における薬剤Ｍの存在を検知する検知部９０と、薬剤Ｍが導入された分包袋Ｐの封止を開始するタイミング以降、薬剤導入部８０を介して次の分包袋Ｐに分包するための薬剤Ｍが導入されるタイミングよりも前の期間内に検知部９０により薬剤Ｍの存在が検知されることを条件として分包不良が生じたものと判定可能な判定部とを有する。【選択図】図１
