PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily forming a biofilm having an organism attracting/repelling function to the surface of an object, and a biofilm fixed material produced by forming the biofilm on the surface of an object.SOLUTION: In a method of forming a biofilm, the biofilm is formed when microorganisms are attached to the surface of an object by performing plasma irradiation treatment under an atmospheric pressure on the surface of the object such as a polycarbonate plate, and if necessary, further applying a poly-lysine coating (PLL coating) to the surface.
