PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fried food product by efficiently separating the fried food, in continuous production of a type in which retainers for producing a fried food product are connected by a conveyor, and immersed into a fry oil continuously, to thereby perform frying as long as a prescribed time.SOLUTION: In a production method of a fried food product, a dough of a food product to be fried is stored in a retainer, and immersed into a frying tub so as to be fried.
