The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for a dental implant, which may comprise: a shield part formed to have a sectional area gradually decreasing from the upper part thereof to the lower part thereof and including a wing part having a sufficient size to cover a tooth extraction socket and a bone grafted portion adjacent to an implant planted in the tooth extraction socket when the auxiliary device is coupled to a fixture planted in the tooth extraction socket； a fixture coupling part to be coupled to the fixture； and a connection part for connecting the shield part to the fixture coupling part.
