The present invention relates to an EDTA liposome composition for oral administration. A user can conveniently take the EDTA liposome composition by oral administration to remove body wastes in blood vessels. EDTA is not injected via intravenous injection, and thus side effects regarding the injection are resolved. The EDTA liposome composition of the present invention is prepared by the following steps of: (a) preparing an aqueous calcium disodium EDTA solution (1) by dissolving calcium disodium EDTA in purified water (b) preparing an aqueous magnesium chloride solution (2) by dissolving magnesium in purified water (c) preparing an aqueous lecithin solution (4) by dissolving sunflower lecithin and glycerin in purified water (d) preparing an aqueous phase mixture having liposomes formed by mixing the aqueous calcium disodium EDTA solution (1), the aqueous magnesium chloride solution (2), and the aqueous lecithin solution (3) obtained from the previous steps for 30 minutes (e) primarily emulsifying by adding medium chain triglyceride (MCT) and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) as auxiliary additives, candelilla wax as an emulsifying agent, and purified water to the aqueous phase mixture obtained form the previous step, and mixing the resultant product for one hour and (f) secondarily emulsifying an emulsified product obtained from the previous step for two hours at 5,000 rpm with a homogenizer.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 경구투여용 EDTA 리포좀 조성물에 관한 것으로 간편하게 경구로 복용하여 혈관 내 노폐물을 제거할 수 있고 EDTA를 정맥주사로 투여하지 않게 되어 주사투여에 대한 부작용을 해소하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
