According to the invention, the magnetic iron core (9) is formed as a hollow body from electrically conductive material. The electronic circuit board (8) having the electronic components (12) is at least partially accommodated in the magnet iron core hollow body (9), and the magnetic coil (10) is wound onto the magnet iron core hollow body (9).
