PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp that can be attached to a tube even after predetermined members are connected to both ends of the tube, and that does not easily move with respect to the tube in a state before a flow passage of the tube is closed, and a blood bag system.SOLUTION: A blood bag system 10 comprises a clamp 64 that can be attached to a first tube 56 having flexibility. The clamp 64 comprises a base part 140 including a protrusion part 156, an opening/closing part 144 including a pressing protrusion part 170 that presses a side surface of the first tube 56, and a bent part 146 that connects the base part 140 and the opening/closing part 144. In the base part 140, a pair of cutout parts 158 and 160 that open in a side surface 141 thereof and into which the first tube 56 can be inserted are formed so as to sandwich the protrusion part 156 therebetween.
