The blood pressure of the patient is estimated using a blood pressure estimation section on the basis of results of the gauging of the blood flow speed sensor section by referencing a correlation formula which is expressed by correlation characteristics of the blood pressure and the blood flow speed of the patient which was found in a first correction process. Along with this, the correlation formula is corrected using a first correction section by rederiving the correlation formula using measurement values which are continuously input from a tonometry blood pressure monitor. The correlation characteristics are corrected using a second correction section by modifying the correlation characteristics using a measurement value which is directly input from an oscillometric blood pressure monitor or a measurement value of the oscillometric blood pressure monitor which is input in accordance with a user operation.
