PURPOSE: A diaper for sensing excrement and a diaper state sensor system using the same are provided to inform a caregiver whether a diaper wearer had excreted urine or feces in real time. CONSTITUTION: A diaper for sensing excrement comprises a diaper(150)； a urine sensing unit(102-1) or a feces sensing unit(102-2) which is mounted in the diaper and senses excrement； an excrement sensing unit(102) which includes at least one of the urine sensing unit and the feces sensing unit； and a wireless sensor module(104) which is mounted in the diaper and wirelessly transmits an excrement detection signal to the outside when excrement is detected by the excrement sensing unit.
