PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a magnetic uniformity level of a magnet device with a high degree of precision in magnetic field adjustment work using a small number of kinds of shim members in the magnet device of a magnetic resonance imaging device.SOLUTION: A magnet device of an MRI device is provided with two magnetic poles arranged facing each other in a vertical direction for generating a static magnetic field in an imaging region, and a magnetic field adjustment mechanism for adjusting a uniformity level of the static magnetic field generated by the two magnetic poles. The magnetic field adjustment mechanism includes a shim member 60 including a magnetic material or a permanent magnet, a small container 50 composed of a non-magnetic material that fixes the shim member 60 between partitions disposed horizontally, and small container fixing plates 30L composed of a non-magnetic material that fix the small container 50. The small container fixing plates 30L are arranged facing each other in a vertical direction sandwiching the imaging region.
