PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicidal weedproof composition capable of weeding with a simple operation, and preventing growth of weed thereafter.SOLUTION: There is provided a herbicidal weedproof composition by mixing a porous member and a solid alkaline material. Most preferably a glass foaming powder can be used as the porous member, and sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate) can be used as the solid alkaline material. According to the invention, herbicidal effect is exhibited and weed or the like are blighted only by spreading the composition to a target, then weedproof effect is exhibited, weed can be hard to be grown, and operation can be completed extremely simply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な作業で除草が可能であり，かつ，その後の雑草の生育を防止しうる除草・防草用組成物の提供。【解決手段】多孔質部材と，固形アルカリ性物質を混合させたことを特徴とする除草・防草用組成物。最も好ましくは多孔質部材としてガラス発泡パウダー，固形アルカリ性物質として炭酸水素ナトリウム（重曹）を用いることができる。本発明によれば，単に組成物を対象とする場所にまくだけで除草効果を発揮し雑草等を枯らすとともに，その後，防草効果を発揮し，雑草を生え難くすることができ，極めて簡単に作業を完了することができる。【選択図】図４
