[Problem] To propose new and improved control device, control method and program capable of improving the image quality of a visible light image.[Solution] Provided is a control device provided with: an extraction unit that extracts an object region from a far-infrared image and a control unit that, on the basis of a corresponding region corresponding to the object region in a visible light image representing a subject shared with the far-infrared image, controls the image quality of the visible light image.[Problème] Proposer un dispositif de commande, un procédé et un programme de commande qui soient novateurs et améliorés, et permettent daméliorer la qualité dimage dune image de lumière visible. [Solution] Linvention concerne un dispositif de commande comprenant : une unité dextraction qui extrait une région dobjet dans une image en infrarouge lointain et une unité de commande qui, à partir dune région correspondante qui correspond à la région dobjet dans une image de lumière visible représentant un sujet partagé avec limage en infrarouge lointain, commande la qualité dimage de limage de lumière visible.【課題】可視光画像の画質を向上させることが可能な、新規かつ改良された制御装置、制御方法及びプログラムを提案する。 【解決手段】遠赤外画像から対象領域を抽出する抽出部と、前記遠赤外画像と共通する被写体を映した可視光画像において前記対象領域に対応する対応領域に基づいて、可視光画像の画質を制御する制御部と、を備える、制御装置を提供する。
