Melanophillin (MLPH) according to the present invention is involved in differentiation into adipocytes and fat accumulation. Thus, by inhibiting the MLPH, obesity can be treated or prevented. Also, by measuring the level of expression of the MLPH, obesity can be diagnosed and screening of an obesity treating agent or a control agent for differentiation into adipocytes is enabled.La mélanophilline (MLPH) selon la présente invention est impliquée dans la différenciation en adipocytes et laccumulation de graisse. Ainsi, en inhibant la MLPH, lobésité peut être traitée ou prévenue. En outre, en mesurant le niveau dexpression de la MLPH, lobésité peut être diagnostiquée et il est possible de cribler un agent de traitement de lobésité ou un agent de régulation de la différenciation en adipocytes.본 발명의 MLPH (melanophillin)은 지방세포로의 분화 및 지방 축적에 관여하므로, 이를 억제하여 비만을 치료 또는 예방할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 MLPH의 발현 수준을 측정하여 비만을 진단 및 치료하고, 비만 치료제, 및 지방세포로의 분화 조절제를 스크리닝할 수 있다.
