The present invention is to provide a cobalt (Co) alloy composition for dental casting and a method for producing a molded body using the same which prevent the body of a maker during cobalt alloy production or the body of a patient applying a prosthetic appliance from being harmed due to harmful elements by producing a cobalt alloy for dental casting without adding elements, such as beryllium, nickel, and the like which are known to be harmful to a human body, thereby allowing the prosthetic appliance to be safely used while the prosthetic appliance is manufacturing and used. In particular, the present invention is also to provide the cobalt (Co) alloy composition for dental casting and the method for producing a molded body using the same which produce the alloy by adding molybdenum (Mo), titanium (Ti), Silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), boron (B), niobium (Nb), tungsten (W), and tin (Sn) to cobalt and chromium (Cr), which are main ingredients, when producing the cobalt alloy for dental casting, thereby being able to obtain physical properties required for the alloy for dental casting without adding harmful elements or noble metals, such as gold (Au) or silver (Pt) unlike in the conventional case.
