PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for treating joint diseases applicable to patients suffering from joint diseases and kits comprising the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a composition for treating a human joint disease comprising modified hyaluronic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where the modified hyaluronic acid is diclofenac covalently bonded to hyaluronic acid skeleton via a structure shown in formula (1) (R1 is H； R2 is an ethylene group).
