PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate image quality.SOLUTION: An image quality evaluation device 1 comprises a reaction tendency determination unit 10, a reaction tendency modeling unit 20, and a subjective image quality estimation unit 30. The reaction tendency determination unit 10 obtains a reaction tendency of a subject's biological signal in presenting an image. The reaction tendency modeling unit 20 calculates a parameter by using the biological signal's reaction tendency obtained by the reaction tendency determination unit 10 and a subjective evaluation value estimated by the subjective image quality estimation unit 30.
