The present invention relates to a crescentic metatarsal osteotomy device to control vertical movement of a bone piece of a cut distal portion. According to the present invention, the crescentic metatarsal osteotomy device comprises: a first member coupled to the distal portion of a first metatarsus and including a disk-shaped rotational part having a rotary center hole connected to the proximal portion of the first metatarsus； and a second member including a support part having a rotary center shaft inserted into the rotary center hole to be coupled to the proximal portion of the first metatarsus, coupled to an inner cuneiform bone, and connected to the first member to be able to rotate the first member. An osteotomy guide, which guides an osteotomy saw to cut a gap between the distal and proximal portions of the first metatarsus in a crescentic shape, is disposed on the outer circumference of the rotational part. The rotary center shaft inserted into the rotary center hole of the rotational part is installed in the support part. The first member is able to be rotated on the rotary center shaft together with the distal portion of the cut first metatarsus.본 발명은, 제1중족골의 원위부에 결합 가능하도록 이루어지고, 제1중족골의 근위부에 연결되는 회전중심홀을 구비하는 원판형의 회동부를 포함하는 제1부재； 및 상기 회전중심홀에 삽입 가능하게 이루어지는 회전중심축이 설치되어 상기 제1중족골의 근위부에 결합 가능한 지지부를 구비하고, 내측 설상골에 결합 가능하며, 상기 제1부재를 회전 가능하게 하도록 상기 제1부재와 연결되는 제2부재를 포함하고, 상기 회동부의 외주에는 상기 제1중족골의 원위부 및 근위부 사이를 반월형으로 절골 가능하도록 절골톱이 가이드되는 절골가이드가 구비되고, 상기 지지부에는 상기 회동부의 회전중심홀이 삽입되는 회전중심축이 설치되고, 상기 제1부재는 상기 절골된 제1중족골의 원위부와 함께 상기 회전중심축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중족골 반월형 절골술용 장치를 제공한다.
