PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump from which a tube unit and a control unit can be removed.SOLUTION: The micropump 1 is provided with a tube unit 2 which includes an elastic tube 50, fingers 40-46, a tube guide frame 17 retaining the tube 50 and the fingers 40-46, and a third machine frame 16 and a control unit 3 which includes a cam 20, a rotor 70 transmitting torque to the cam 20, and piezoelectric elements 82, 83, and includes a vibrator 80 including a projection 81a at a longitudinal direction end, a control circuit 60, a battery 61, a first machine frame 14 retaining the cam 20, the rotor 70, the vibrator 80, the control circuit 60, and the battery 61, and a second machine frame 15. The tube unit 2 and the control unit 3 can be removed. The vibrator 80 vibrates when alternating voltages are applied to the piezoelectric elements 82, 83. Torque is applied to the rotor 70 from the projection 81a.
