PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer tube, which has a thin wall and a small diameter and is excellent in slipperiness, and where water does not permeate therein.SOLUTION: A tubular multilayer tube having a lumen includes: an inner layer made of a resin； a metal layer disposed in an outer periphery of the inner layer and having a braided or a laterally-wound structure； an outer layer covering the inner layer and the metal layer and made of a resin； and a coating layer provided on the outer layer and made of a substance different from the outer layer, in order from an inner side in a radial direction based on a central axis of the lumen.
