PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep permeability and moisture desorption not to apply a high pressure to a shoulder or pelvis for preventing bedsore.SOLUTION: The bedsore easing tool is shaped into a perpendicular triangle pole, wherein recessed grooves 11 are formed by sewing from the front and back sides in the substantially same positions in the front and back surfaces of two large planes of the triangle pole. In the recessed grooves 11, even though they are formed along the inclination directions of the two planes substantially or formed diagonally, an interval between the both bottoms of the front and back sides are fixed substantially. Since the recessed grooves 11 are deep in the thick region close to the short side plane 4 of the bed sore easing tool and the body 1, the recessed grooves 11 are not blocked even if a human body is brought into contact with the thick region, and permeability and moisture desorption are kept and a bedsore is prevented. Since the bedsore easing tool has the triangle pole shape, a patient and the like is not held on his/her back or side but can be kept in a proper posture when the bedsore easing tool is inserted beneath the patient and the like, and no high pressure is applied to the shoulder, pelvis, and the like and a bedsore is prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】通気性及び放湿性が保たれ、肩や骨盤などに高い圧力がかからず、褥瘡を防止できる。【解決手段】褥瘡改善具は、直角三角柱状であり、この三角柱状の大きい二つの面の表裏でほぼ同じ位置に、表裏からの縫合によって凹溝11が形成され、この凹溝11は、この二つの面の傾斜方向にほぼ沿っているまたは斜めに沿っているにもかかわらず、凹溝11の両底の表裏の間隔がほぼ一定である。褥瘡改善具及び本体1の短辺面4に近い太い個所では、凹溝11は深くなるので、この部分に人体が当接しても、凹溝11が塞がれてしまうことがなく、通気性及び放湿性が保たれ、褥瘡が防止される。また三角柱状のため、病人などの下に入れたとき、仰向けでもなく、真横でもなく、程よい姿勢に保つことができ、肩や骨盤などに高い圧力がかからず、褥瘡が防止される。【選択図】図1
