Various aspects of the present disclosure are directed toward apparatuses, systems, and methods that include a single pass implantable lead configured to be coupled to the implantable medical device and arranged on a left ventricle and left atrium of a patient. The lead may include a proximal region having at least one electrode, a distal region having at least one electrode, and an intermediate region therebetween. The system can sense and pace the left atrium and the left ventricle.
