<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a protein film capable adjusting the thickness, density and the like according to applications； and the protein film obtained thereby and scarcely deformed even if including moisture. <；P>；SOLUTION: This production method of the protein film is provided with: a dissolution step for mixing protein produced by the arthropod, water and dissolution accelerator together into protein aqueous solution； a removal step for removing the dissolution accelerator in the protein aqueous solution to acquire liquid protein； a gelation step for gelating protein in the liquid protein； and a film formation step for putting the liquid protein containing the gelation protein in a permeable elastic container, clampingly pressing the elastic container from its both sides to forcedly discharge water in the liquid protein and molding the gelation protein into a film shape. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
