PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handy measurement kit for eyeglasses, which enables an eyeglasses user himself to accurately and easily obtain measurements that are required that enables fine adjustment of the shape of an eyeglass frame suitable for the user, in particular, measurements of the face width, and the like, of the user.
SOLUTION: For the purpose of measuring a face width, a movable vertical plate 4 is moved through a slide-mounting part 5, the width of a measuring recess 6 is adjusted to a size in which the head 50 can be inserted, and the head 50 is inserted from the open part into the measuring recess 6. Then, the fixed base 6c of the measuring recess 6 is brought in contact with the top of the nose 51, in between the eyes and the fixed side 6a of the measuring recess 6 is abutted on the upper base part 53 of the right ear. After that, the movable vertical plate 4 is moved via the slide-mounting part 5, to make the movable side 6b of the measuring recess 6 abut lightly against the upper base part 52 of the left ear. Then, the width of the measurement recess 6 here is read, by using a face width meter 7 as the measurement value of the face width.
