The present invention relates to a personal sauna apparatus and, more specifically, to a personal sauna apparatus capable of using wet sauna in a narrow space. According to the present invention, the personal sauna apparatus comprises: a housing (100) through which a user enters； a through-hole (110) which is formed on the upper surface of the housing (100) and allows a user′s head to go out therethrough； a seat (200) which is installed in the housing (100) and includes a plurality of steam entrance/exit holes； a steam spray device (300) which is installed in the seat (200) and sprays high temperature steam； and a steam generation device (400) which supplies the high temperature steam to the steam spray device (300).
