The present invention relates to B7-H3 x CD3 bispecific monovalent diabodies, and more particularly to B7-H3 x CD3 bispecific monovalent Fc diabodies capable of simultaneously binding to B7-H3 and CD3. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing such bispecific monovalent Fc diabodies.
