PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning device that continues to operate while still maintaining an antiseptic effect even if sucking microorganisms or dust floating in the air.SOLUTION: A water absorbent material and polyaniline are applied to or included in the surface of an indoor blower fan 6. The indoor blower fan 6 is provided in the upstream side thereof with: a heat exchanger 2 for increasing the amount of moisture contained in the air a water storage 12 for storing moisture and a negative electric charge charging part 14 for negatively charging moisture contained in the air.
