PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo which has excellent foaming and operability, and can improve smooth passing of fingers and softness of hair during rinsing, and softness and smoothness of hair when finishing.SOLUTION: A shampoo is blended with at least (A) acylamino acid or salt thereof, (B) &alpha-olefin sulfonate, (C) an ampholytic surfactant, and (D) polyoxyethylene fatty acid methyl glucoside. The shampoo is preferably blended with (E) phospholipid and (F) N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate diethyl sulfate/N,N-dimethylacrylamide/polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate copolymer.
