CONSTITUTION: A circular sub part having a horizontal adjusting structure and a sunlight pilot lamp comprises a sub part body(10) with emptied inside, a sunlight pilot lamp mounted on the top of the sub part body, a center weight plumb(30) fixed on the lower part of the sub part body by penetrating a rope connecting hole on the lower part of the sub part body, and the substitute weight plumbs(40, 40') distantly installed on both sides of the center weight plumb by penetrating flow ball on the top of the rope connecting hole. A cradle groove is formed on the top of the sub part body to be inserted and fixed to the lower part of the sunlight pilot lamp.본 발명은 강이나 바다 또는 호수 등에서 각종 어구 혹은 부표 및 경관 조명용으로 사용되는 부구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내부가 비어 있는 원형의 부구몸체를 형성하고 상기 부구몸체의 선단에는 태양광에 의해 자동으로 점멸되는 표시등을 장착하며, 상기 부구몸체의 하측에는 로프 연결공과 수류 통과공을 각기 관통 형성하고, 상기 부구몸체의 저면에는 중심 무게추와 양측의 보조 무게추를 각기 고정 형성하여 구성함으로써,야간 혹은 어두운 환경에서 자동으로 점등되는 태양광 표시등 및 부구 외면의 야광 및 형광 도료층에 의해 시인성이 크게 향상되므로 더욱 빨리 부구를 인지할 수 있는 것은 물론 수상 장식용 부구로 사용하는 경우에는 수상 조명 효과로 인해 미려한 조경을 연출할 수 있는 것이고, 바람이 불어 부구에 직접적인 영향을 끼치거나 파도로 인해 부구가 흔들리더라도 보조 무게추 및 수류 통과공에 의해 부구가 기울어지거나 심하게 유동하는 것을 방지할 수 있어 부구의 안정적인 수평 상태를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있어 부구 본래의 역할과 목적을 충실히 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
