The second crank bar (42) covers at least a part of first crank bar (41) side surfaces on both sides in the axis direction of a pin (43) as a rotating shaft of the first crank bar (41) with respect to the main body (10), such that the second crank bar sandwiches at least the part of the side surfaces.
