PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger device for animal traps, the device that is configured to be operated when legs of animals such as wild boars being capture target beasts are present in the position capable of being tied with a tie ring of a wire rope and stepped with sufficient pedal force, and to provide the animal trap with the same.SOLUTION: A trigger device (A1) for animal traps includes: a hooking part (1) hooked to both arm tips while a fixed arm and a jumping up arm of a tying trap are closed a stepping member (22) provided integrally with the hooking part (1) a trigger member (32) biased vertically movably and upward to the stepping member (22) and mounted in the center or substantially in the center, and capable of penetrating through the stepping member and descending and a stop member (4) positioned in the bottom side of the stepping member (22), provided so that the tip part projects from the tip of the stepping member (22), and making the hooking of the tip part to a receiving part (50) come off by being deformed with a load acting from the upper part via the trigger member (32) while the tip part is hung to the receiving part of the edge of a trapping hole in the trapping.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】捕獲対象獣であるイノシシ等の動物の足が、ワイヤロープの括り輪で括ることができる位置にあり、且つ充分な踏力を以て踏んだときに作動するようにした動物罠用トリガー装置、それを備えた動物罠を提供する。【解決手段】動物罠用トリガー装置(A1)は、括り罠の固定アームと跳上げアームを閉じた状態で両アーム先端に掛止する掛止部(1)と、掛止部(1)と一体的に設けられた踏部材(22)と、踏部材(22)に上下動自在且つ上方へ付勢されて中央又は略中央に取り付けられ、前記踏部材を貫通し下降することができるトリガー部材(32)と、踏部材(22)の下面側に位置し、先端部が踏部材(22)の先端から突出するよう設けられ、罠仕掛け時に先端部が仕掛け穴の縁部の受け部に渡された状態で、トリガー部材(32)を介し上方から作用する荷重で変形することで、受け部(50)に対する先端部の掛止が外れるようにした止め部材(4)とを備える。【選択図】図1
