An apparatus for the laser treatment of a human eye, comprising: a source (18) of pulsed laser radiation; a control device (14) configured to control a focus of laser radiation in space and time to generate an incision figure (40) that defines: a corneal flap (42) connected to the corneal tissue attached in a joint region and which it has a lower side of the flap cut to separate it from the adjacent corneal tissue by a bed incision (44); a first auxiliary channel (48) extending from the articulation region to an outer surface of the eye and adapted to eliminate gases that develop during the generation of the bed incision (44); and a second auxiliary channel (50) extending along an edge of the bed incision (44), wherein the second auxiliary channel (50) is connected to the first auxiliary channel (48) and extends beyond the articulation region, where the control device (14) is configured to generate the second auxiliary channel (50) before the bed incision (44); and wherein the control device (14) is further configured: to generate the bed incision (44) through the movement of the focus along a plurality of rectilinear scan lines (62), parallel to each other, where the line directions of the scan lines (62) extend transversely with respect to an imaginary articulation axis of the articulation region; and cause, for a first group of scan lines (62), a progression of focus from a scan line to a next scan line respectively of the first group in a first direction and, for a second group of lines (62) of scan, a progression of focus from a scan line to a next scan line respectively of the second group in an opposite direction to the first direction.Un aparato para el tratamiento con láser de un ojo humano, que comprende: una fuente (18) de radiación láser pulsada; un dispositivo (14) de control configurado para controlar un foco de la radiación láser en espacio y tiempo para generar una figura de incisión (40) que define: un colgajo corneal (42) conectado al tejido cornea
