The present invention provides a composition for bone regeneration comprising: particulate demineralized bone matrix fibrous demineralized bone matrix and a hydrate. In addition, it is preferable that the present invention comprises a demineralized solution-derived isolated product obtained by neutralizing a demineralized solution, separated from a demineralization process, and separating the precipitate generated.
