PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digestive system stent which hardly causes metal allergy when indwelt in a digestive system organ, hardly restrains bacteria from attaching thereto, and can sustain its effect.SOLUTION: A stent 10 is a digestive system stent indwelt in an organ of a digestive system and has a cylindrical stent body 20. At least the inner peripheral surface of the stent body 20 is covered with a resin layer 60 made of poly (3-methoxypropyl acrylate). The stent body 20 comprises a metal mesh tube 30, a polyurethane film 40 coated on the inner peripheral surface of the metal mesh tube 30, and a silicone film 50 coated on the outer peripheral surfaces of the metal mesh tube 30 and the polyurethane film 40.
