PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fan which substantially and effectively enhances sterilization and deodorization functions by carrying mist far away.
SOLUTION: An electric fan is provided with a mist generator 41 which generates picometer sized mist M1 and OH-radical contained in the picometer sized mist M1 which is generated from the mist generator 41 is utilized effectively so that sterilization and deodorization of suspended substances in the room air and extraneous on the wall surface are performed. The OH-radical can sterilize and deodorize effectively and substantially throughout a wide area, compared with existing nanometer-sized mist.
