[Problem] To provide a crutch that is highly safe and that reduces energy waste and enables walking for long periods of time. [Solution] A crutch (1) used by placing an armpit against a crutch pad (13) fixed to the top part of a frame (11, 12), manually grasping a grip (14), and resting a ferrule (15) on a bottom-end part of the frame (11, 12) on a ground surface (G), wherein the ferrule (15) has a resting face (F) extending in the front-rear direction while gradually curving so as to be convex downward, and the resting face (F) is formed so as to be gently curved so that the length from a point of contact (action point (T)) of the crutch pad (13) with the armpit to an arbitrary point (Fn) on the resting face (F), the position of the point (Fn) varying in the front-rear direction along the curve, is substantially constant.Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une béquille extrêmement sûre, qui réduit les pertes d'énergie et permet la marche pendant de longues périodes de temps. La solution porte sur une béquille (1) utilisée en plaçant une aisselle contre un tampon de béquille (13) fixé à la partie supérieure d'un cadre (11,12), en saisissant manuellement une poignée (14) et en posant une virole (15) sur une partie d'extrémité inférieure du cadre (11,12) sur une surface de sol (G).
