PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered drug spraying device that can spray and diffuse powdered drug without using an inconvenient medium such as gas or a solvent, eliminates the need for dissolving the drug in a solvent, eliminates the need of applying heat for diffusion, eliminates the need for a fixing power supply, is portable and simple.SOLUTION: A powdered drug spraying device 1 includes: a cylindrical guide member 21 attached to an upper end opening part 13 of a container body 11 a gas generating agent 43 received in a cylindrical member part 26 of a cylindrical guide member 21 a cylindrical breaking member 31 held to the cylindrical guide member 21 movably toward a sealing part 41, and provided with a pressing part 37 breaking the sealing part 41 and making the gas generating agent 43 fall into water in the container body 11 a piston 63 hermetically sliding to a lower side slide inner circumferential wall 53 of a cylinder part 51 provided on an upper end of the cylindrical breaking member 31, and defining a gap to an upper side enlarged diameter inner circumferential wall 55 of the cylinder part 51 and a powdered drug 30 received on the piston 63.
