The apparatus for generating an ultrasonic wave comprises: an electric energy generating unit generating electric energy； and a conversion unit converting the electric energy generated in the electric energy generating unit to mechanical energy. The electric energy generating unit comprises: a function generator generating electric energy in correspondence to an input signal； an amplification circuit arranged between the electric energy generating unit and the conversion unit to control input impedance for the input impedance (Zi) of the conversion unit to be less than a predetermined value； and a driving circuit controlling operation of the function generator and the amplification circuit.초음파 발생 장치가 제공된다. 본 초음파 발생 장치는 전기 에너지를 생성하는 전기 에너지 생성부 및 전기 에너지 생성부에서 생성된 전기 에너지를 기계 에너지로 변환시키는 변환부를 포함하며, 전기 에너지 생성부는 입력 신호에 대응하여 전기 에너지를 발생시키는 함수 발생기, 전기 에너지 생성부와 변환부 사이에 배치되어 변환부의 임력 임피던스(Zi)가 기 설정된 값 미만이 되도록 입력 임피던스를 조절하는 증폭 회로 및 함수 발생기 및 증폭 회로의 동작을 제어하는 드라이빙 회로를 포함한다.
