PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method for handling a sealed compartment or cavity and an element associated thereto inside an inhaler.SOLUTION: The inhaler comprises a base 106 having at least one sealed cavity 108 for containing a medicament, and a foil part 110 having two faces and one side attached to the base for sealing the medicament in the cavity. A separating element 112 attached to the other side of the foil part to separate the foil part from the cavity, and has a first end part and a second part on the opposite side, and the separating element can move to an intermediate inclined position, at which the first end part can move from the cavity.
