The endoluminal prosthesis further comprises a prosthetic branch (44) comprising a branch lumen extending therethrough the anastomosis (46). The prosthetic branch is disposed longitudinally along and circumferentially about the prosthetic trunk.In other embodiments, an endoluminal prosthesis comprises a prosthetic trunk comprising a trunk lumen extending therethrough, a wall, and an anastomosis in the wall, wherein the prosthetic trunk has a circumference. The prosthesis comprises a prosthetic leg comprising a leg lumen extending therethrough, wherein the leg lumen is in fluid communication with the trunk lumen through the anastomosis, and wherein the prosthetic leg is disposed longitudinally along the prosthetic trunk and includes internal projections.
