The method includes: determining if a pressure state is abnormal according to whether a pressure signal corresponding to the back side is less than a back pressure threshold determining if a torso angle state is abnormal according to whether a torso angle of the user satisfies an angle threshold criteria and determining if a heartbeat state is abnormal according to whether a heartbeat of the user satisfies a heartbeat threshold criteria. If only one state is abnormal, a frequency of obtaining the signals is increased.
