An integrated endoscope for surface and tomographic imaging and treatment in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an endoscope photographing unit photographing affected area inside a body so as to obtain a surface image； an optical fiber-based laser supplying unit arranged to be coaxial with the endoscope photographing unit and supplying a laser beam to treat the affected area； an optical fiber-based tomography unit included in the arrangement of the optical fiber-based laser supplying unit and performing optical coherence tomography of the affected area； and an optical unit supplying optical signals or the laser beam generated from the endoscope photographing unit, the optical fiber-based laser supplying unit, or the optical fiber-based tomography unit respectively to the affected area or delivering the optical signals returning from the affected area to the endoscope photographing unit or the optical fiber-based tomography unit. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the accuracy of a surgical procedure can be increased and the time for surgery can be saved as the images of surface and tomographic images can be obtained and the affected area inside the body can be treated at the same time by the integration of the endoscope photographing unit, the optical fiber-based laser supplying unit, and the optical fiber-based tomography unit.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 표면 및 단층 이미지 획득 및 치료를 위한 통합형 엔도스코프는, 신체 내부의 환부에 대한 촬영을 하여 표면 영상을 획득하는 내시경 촬영부； 내시경 촬영부와 동축을 이루도록 배치되며, 환부의 치료를 위한 레이저빔을 제공하는 광섬유 기반 레이저 제공부； 광섬유 기반 레이저 제공부의 배열에 포함되며, 환부의 광간섭 단층 촬영을 실행하는 광섬유 기반 단층 촬영부； 및 내시경 촬영부, 광섬유 기반 레이저 제공부 또는 광섬유 기반 단층 촬영부로부터 각각 발생되는 광신호 또는 레이저빔을 환부 방향으로 제공하거나 또는 환부로부터 돌아오는 광신호를 내시경 촬영부 또는 광섬유 기반 단층 촬영부에 전달하는 광학부；를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 일체로 형성된 내시경 촬영부, 광섬유 기반 레이저 제공부 및 광섬유 기반 단층 촬영부에 의해 신체 내부의 환부에 대한 치료는 물론 표면 영상, 단층 영상을 얻을 수 있어 시술 또는 수술 등의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있고 아울러 소요되는 시간도 단축시킬 수 있다.
