PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior determination device being capable of accurately determining behavior of a person by utilizing sound information while achieving power-saving.SOLUTION: A behavior determination device includes a control section 21, a DSP 22 and a microphone 23. The control section 21 controls the microphone 23 such that the microphone 23 is intermittently activated with a predetermined cycle and acquires sound information.
