The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a fermented ultrahigh pressure extract of peanut sprouts obtained by performing fermentation, ultrahigh pressure treatment, and extraction on peanut sprouts. More specifically, the extract of peanut sprouts can be obtained by fermenting peanut sprouts by using one or more selected from the group consisting of yeast, lactic acid bacteria, Bacillus sp. fungi, and mixtures thereof, and through an ultrahigh pressure extraction method for treating the fermented product under pressure of 100 to 3,000 MPa at a temperature of 40 to 90°C for 1 to 24 hours.
