A delivery system for forming a stent in-situ may comprise an elongate shaft having a proximal end and a distal end and a lumen extending from the proximal end towards the distal end of the elongate shaft. A plurality of apertures may be positioned adjacent to a distal end region of the elongate shaft. The plurality of apertures may extend from an outer surface to an inner surface of the elongate shaft and be in fluid communication with the lumen.
