PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden for both of a bedridden patient and a care-giver.

SOLUTION: This absorbent product has a fitting cover 1, a urine absorbing capsule 5, and a connector 3. In this case, the fitting cover 1 is used for collecting feces, and for which a guiding-out section 2 which discharges the urine of a wearer to the outside. The connector 3 detachably combines the fitting cover with the urine absorbing capsule. Since the collecting of feces or urine is separately performed, the collecting of feces is performed by the fitting cover, and the collecting of urine is performed by the urine absorbing capsule, only the urine absorbing capsule may simply be replaced for the urine disposal the excretory frequency of which is high. For the care-giver, burden for a diaper replacement is reduced. Since the replacement of the urine absorbing capsule is easy, burden of care-givers at facilities or hospitals is reduced, and the care-giving by family members at home becomes easy as well.
