This invention relates to an adjustable type pressure garment, comprising a main body, at least one adjustment unit, and at least one pressure detection unit, wherein the main body is disposed with at least one zipper to perform closing of the main body in expansion state and each zipper is disposed at one side with an extension member each adjustment unit is disposed to another side of each zipper corresponding to each extension member and disposed with an operation member making each extension member crossing the zipper at the corresponding position to be mutually connected with the corresponding operation member and each pressure detection unit is disposed inside each adjustment unit and mutually connected at one end thereof with the corresponding operation member.
