The present invention relates to an anti-aging functional composition using genome stabilization of a mixture consisting of red ginseng whose content of Rg2 is increased up to 5-70%, dates, angelica gigas nakai, Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz ex Steudel, Rubus coreanus, Artemisia princeps, and Scutellaria baicalensis wherein the anti-aging functional composition using genome stabilization increases activity of skin cell and tissue； recovers damaged DNA； has anti-oxidant effects； prevents cell from dying； reduces the expression of p53； has an increased moisture on skin and effects of increasing expression of collagen protein and decreasing expression of MMP protein while having outstanding effects in comparison with red ginseng extract or red ginseng extract with reinforced Rg2.본 발명은 Rg2 함량이 5~70% 증진된 홍삼, 대추, 당귀, 숙지황, 복분자, 쑥 및 황금 혼합 추출물의 유전체 안정화를 이용한 항노화 기능성 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 유전체 안정화를 이용한 항노화 기능성 조성물은 피부 세포 및 피부 조직의 활성도를 증가시키고, DNA 상해를 회복시키며, 항산화 효능이 있고, 세포고사를 저해하며, p53의 발현을 감소시키고, 피부 수분 함량 증가 및 콜라겐 단백질 발현 증가 및 MMP 단백질 발현 감소 효능을 보유하고 있으며, 홍삼 추출물이나 Rg2 강화 홍삼 추출물보다 뛰어난 효능을 보유하고 있다.
